Service hours are 8:00 AM to midnight every day, except Friday prayer from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM and any announced special or maintenance closure.

Email sign-in help

  1. Use the email address registered for your account.
  2. Check that Caps Lock is off and enter your password again.
  3. If you forgot it, use the password-reset link on the sign-in page.
  4. If you cannot access your email, call MAPD for account help.

Before travel

A request is fully scheduled only after operations and the assigned driver confirm it. Contact MAPD if your pickup details change within 20 minutes of travel.

On-call return

Submit your requested time and also call the assigned driver at least 20 minutes before you want to return. The time is confirmed only after approval.

Emergency help

This booking service is not an emergency transport service. For an emergency, contact the appropriate Maldives emergency service.
