Your information supports safe travel.

MAPD collects only the information needed to identify customers, arrange accessible journeys, contact the people involved, receive payment, and meet operational record requirements.

Information MAPD records

Your account uses a unique email and a protected password hash. Your profile can include name, phone numbers, date of birth, national ID or passport, address, trip-update email, emergency contact, caregiver relationship, saved addresses, and trip history. MAPD cannot read your password.

Optional accessibility information

Disability type, assistive technology, equipment, and assistance details are optional and self-declared. MAPD does not require medical documents. Share only what helps staff and drivers support the trip.

Who can see it

Authorized operations staff can access records needed to manage the service. Drivers see only trip information needed for an assigned journey. Optional assistance details are shared with a driver only when operations approves sharing.

How long records are kept

Operational, trip, payment, and audit records may be retained for seven years. A record is not deleted or archived without an authorized operations process and a recorded reason.

Your choices

You can update contact and profile information and change your password in your account. Use the email reset link if you forget your password. Contact MAPD to correct protected details, ask how your information is used, or request an account review.
